Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Staffify HRMS website (staffify.in) and mobile app, provided by Rank First Technologies Private Limited ("Staffify", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Staffify provides HR software for employers: employee records, attendance (including face and location based check-in), leave, payroll, reimbursements, performance, training and helpdesk. Employers ("Customers") sign up and give their employees ("Users") access.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Employee accounts are created and controlled by the employer, who can change or close them.
- Tell us at support@staffify.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Customers are the Data Fiduciary for their employees' data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. They must have a lawful basis and give the notices required before collecting employee data, including face data and location.
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of payroll inputs, statutory settings and the approvals they make. Staffify's calculations and statutory files are tools; filing and payment remain the Customer's responsibility.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: break the law with the service; access another company's data; attempt to bypass security, attendance checks or face verification; submit false attendance; upload malware; or overload or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Plans and fees
Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed as agreed with the Customer; prices exclude GST.
6. Data
Customers own their data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Customers can export their data and request deletion when they leave, subject to records that the law requires to be kept.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Staffify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Customer paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk. Customers can stop using the service at any time. Users can request account deletion as described on our account deletion page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of the city of our registered office have jurisdiction.
